Desi tussar silk, also known as Tussar or Tussar silk, is a type of silk produced from the cocoons of silkworms belonging to the Antheraea species, primarily Antheraea mylitta. It is predominantly cultivated in various states of Eastern India.
This yellow tussar silk saree is highly breathable and lightweight, making it suitable for various climates and comfortable to wear. The fabric has a slightly coarse, textured feel, which sets it apart from the smoother mulberry silk, lending it a more rustic and earthy appearance.
This saree is made of pure natural silk & comes with a Silk Mark label.
