At Rangsaaaz, every article undergoes a detailed quality check before dispatch. We are committed to delivering premium embroidered unstitched suits exactly as shown.

We currently offer Replacement Only Policy under the following conditions:

Eligible for Replacement (Within 3 Days of Delivery):

* Manufacturing defect
* Damaged item upon delivery
* Incorrect item received

To claim a replacement, customers must:

* Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
* Share clear pictures/videos of the issue
* Ensure the article is unused, unstitched, and in original condition

Not Eligible for Replacement:

* Change of mind
* Color variation due to lighting/screen differences
* Fabric dislike after purchase
* Articles that have been cut, stitched, or altered
* Claims made after 3 days
